You are not just buying a property.
You are buying a fully renovated, furnished and equipped
property already operating as a holiday rental in France
.

Ownership
What is involved in owning your new property?

You will become the 100% new owner of the house.
As such you will then become responsible for all necessary upkeep and repair,
though this should not be very much since we have sorted all these problems out already.
There would be a certain amount of wear and tear occasioned by any property used for holiday letting,
though again our experience is that this is quite minimal.
Our guests are well-behaved!
You will also be responsible for all the usual expenses of running the house
including gas, electricity, water, insurance, council rates, cleaning and management, etc.

We can provide estimates of these costs.
Under normal circumstances your rentals
would easily cover all these outgoings leaving a good profit.
Prices include all furnishings, appliances and contents
excepting a small number of personal decorative items and antiques.


CONDITIONS
WE ARE SEEKING BUYERS WHO WILL ALLOW US TO CONTINUE TO
PROMOTE AND RENT THE PROPERTY EXCLUSIVELY
FOR A PERIOD OF AT LEAST THREE YEARS.
(no independent advertising on the booking platforms during the contract period)


We would take a commission, just as the booking platforms like AirBNB and Booking.com do
but we would do a lot more for this than just attract bookings.
We would also actively market your property and deal with both prospective and existing guests,
saving you a huge amount of time and stress.
Those booking platforms leave all the dealing with clients up to you and this is no small task.
Not to mention things going wrong where we would step in a get our local staff to assist with the problem.
How would you do the latter unless you lived nearby the property?
The booking platforms won't help you in this situation.
But we support our owners in this regard.

PRIVATE USE
Of course you may use your own house whenever you wish.
Simply let us know which days/weeks you wish to block out
for your personal use and we will adjust our booking calendar.
We are very easy to deal with!
